Return Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, if approved. Please allow a few working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Products that are used or damaged after delivery.
- Returns requested after 3 days from delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
We recommend recording unboxing videos and keeping the receipt until the return process is completed.
All shipping costs associated with returns (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect at the time of delivery.
